(1) Custom made eco-neon sign:
- (1.1) Custom made sign it start from £250.
- (1.2) Once a custom made order has been placed and payment (50% deposit) has been received, we start to manufacture the sign. You will be liable for the full cost of your order and we hare unable to accept cancellation of your order.
(2) Warranty:
- (2.1) We warrant components and fixtures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and under normal conditions of use when installed properly. The warranty is invalidated if the customer chooses to tamper with the light and/or wires during the installation process.
- (2.2) The warranty does not cover products that have exposed to water, unsuitable cleaning agents, corrosive environments or where operating temperatures fall below -40°C or exceed 60°C which cause damage of the product.
(3) Installation and refund
- (3.1) Our eco-neon sign comes with pre-drilled holes and is designed to be walled-mounted. Hanging accessories will need extra charge.
- (3.2) All signs are fitted with DC12v transformer and with power cable connected directly into a British standard power socket.
- (3.3) As our signs are made by hand. Because of the PVC acrylic backing is transparent, you may see a small amount of the clear adhesive we use in the making process. You won't be able to see it when light is turned on.
- (3.4) Due to the nature of PVC acrylic backing, small blemishes and minor scratches are inevitable. Once it is fixed to the wall and light is turned on, small scratches are not visible to the eye.
- (3.5) Please take extra care when handling the PVC acrylic backing. We are unable to agree return or refund of eco-neon sign due to the feeling of imperfection as mentioned on above (3.3) and 3.4).
(4) Delivery:
- (4.1) We provide free delivery of customer made eco-neon sign in London (United Kingdom) if the order is at or above £1,000.
- (4.2) You can choose to collect your order in person in our selling venue with agreed appointment.
- (4.3) If you live outside London, please drop us a note and we will let you know how much delivery to your place will cost.
- (4.4) Delivery times will be agreed during the ordering process, however delivery time may be delayed due to COVID-19.
(5) Return an item:
- (5.1) We are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product.
- (5.2) Once a return has been agreed by us, please post back your goods back to us within 14 days.
- (5.3) All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense. We cannot held responsible for any items which fail to reach us. We recommend customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service and obtain a proof of receipt.
- (5.4) Once we have received your return and assessed its condition, we will contact you with the outcome within 14 days. We will issue a replacement where appropriate.
